The owner of a large log cabin in Henley-in-Arden required heating in order to be able to use the space all year round.
Jigsaw were contacted to supply a heater that was powerful enough to heat the space efficiently and effectively.
The benefits of using infrared heating for the log cabin meant that the customer could fully control the heating throughout the day with the added benefits of creating a warm space in a low insulated space.
The customers were immediately impressed with the quality of the equipment and also the immediate heat produced.
Each of the images are taken from recent installations. The above image is an example of the range of heaters that we have to offer.
To the left, the client decided that the new heater would need to be ceiling mounted for safety and efficiency. The brackets supplied enabled the heater to be mounted to warm all areas of the log cabin.
The heaters are available in a range of wattages. The thermostat built in allows you to control the heater from the comfort of your sofa.

In order to deliver energy efficiency, reliability and a high level of comforting heat to every part of the house, infrared heating panels were chosen for the installation:
Comforting heat: using infrared technology, which heats objects rather than the air, panels would deliver a much greater level of comforting heat.
Installation: easily integrated with the current electrics. All cabling hidden away and fully mounted safely.
Reliability: the infrared panels require zero maintenance in comparison to typical convection heaters and boilers since they involve no moving parts.
Repair or decoration: In circumstances where maintenance to the property may be required, the panels can simply be unplugged from the wall and plugged back in after repairs.
A number of Infrared heating panels were chosen for the installation:
1 x Linear Heater installed on the ceiling of the log cabin. The remote control supplied with the kit can control the power output required.
The whole installation took 2 hours with all cables being tidied away and an upgrade of the main board.
The new heater installed has created a pleasant warm feeling in the log cabin. No matter what the temperature outside. The customers reaction once they felt the heat for the first time was it is the first time that the space has been warm.
